ClimatePartner 5 Year Anniversary Celebration a Smashing Success
ClimatePartner’s 5th anniversary celebration on March 15, 2012 in Munich was a grand success. Our visitors had great opportunities to speak with peers and business partners about their own companies’ climate protection activities.
The event was officially opened by our managing directors Moritz Lehmkuhl und Tristan Foerster. In their speech they looked back upon the development of ClimatePartner since its establishment in 2006 and gave foresight on the next targets and developments of the company.

Goerge Kazantzopoulos, CEO of GLOBAL CHALLENGES, Member of the International Olympic Committee’s Environment Commission, and long term partner of ClimatePartner, was one of the guests of honor. The highlight of the evening was the great keynote speech by Sebastian Copeland. The internationally renowned environmental activist, extreme athlete and photographer impressively spoke about climate change and climate protection. His pictures continuously accentuated the evening: visualizing the fragile beauty of our planet and calling to action to protect our earth and to work against the climate change.

After the flying dinner, magician and mentalist Dr. Florian Ilgen stunned and fascinates everyone with his thought experiments while directly involving our bewildered guests.

We would like to sincerely thank all our guests, congratulants, and sponsors who made the evening a huge success. A very special thank you goes to all of our partners who supported the event with climate neutral give-aways and gifts. Without all our business partners and clients who were willing, as pioneers, to enter climate protection activities together with us in the past, we would not stand where we do today.
