Founder and CEO

Moritz Lehmkuhl founded ClimatePartner in 2006. Today, it is the leading business solution provider for climate protection. He graduated in business studies from the University of Münster, and also attended post graduate programs at Harvard University and the Indian School of Business. In 2003, he led an EU-funded project in which he developed initial approaches for how companies can attain success in climate protection. He leveraged that experience to develop sustainability and environment protection strategies. Today, he consults companies on implementing strategies as pertains to B2B. In 2010, the World Economic Forum honored him with Young Global Leader membership based on his work in climate protection. By founding ClimatePartner, he has established a vehicle for supporting companies in climate protection, conceptualizing climate protection strategies, and consulting companies across the widest array of industries.

Tristan A. Foerster
CEO and Shareholder

Tristan A. Foerster has been a managing shareholder at ClimatePartner since the beginning of 2011. Following his studies in Freiburg and Paris, he garnered experience in business development working at online service providers like Lycos Europe. He then launched online media and e-commerce start-ups, including PriceCrash AG. He later joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as personal assistant to Prof. Dr. h.c. Roland Berger, eventually transitioning into a project manager position at the Financial Services competence center, where he consulted banks and insurance agencies. Holding the title of Director International, he oversaw the internationalization and marketing of be2, an online dating agency he built up and expanded in more than 30 countries. At ClimatePartner, he oversees the divisions of Consulting, Product Development, and Marketing & Communication.
